Close to the township of Te Kauwhata and nestled on the banks of Lake Waikare, Lakeside is just twenty minutes south of the Bombays. More than 6km of walking and cycle trails will wind their way through Lakeside's 75 hectares of dedicated reserve land. Substantial planting and a walking and cycleway connecting Lakeside with Te Kauwhata are already complete, as is a new boutique village centre, for locals to work, shop, meet and play.

Oranga Development

Nestled between Onehunga and Ellerslie villages, close to Cornwall Park, and with a friendly and welcoming multicultural community, Oranga is a hidden gem. Its revitalisation will see upgrades to streets, parks and infrastructure. Around 1,200 new, high-quality homes are coming to Oranga, so that more people can enjoy this family-friendly neighbourhood’s central location and charming, tree-lined streets with views to Maungakiekie and the Manukau Harbour.
